Hikers and Walkers

With Tourisme Haute-Vienne, our campsite has joined the “Accueil Randonnées” network, a partnership renewed in 2023 after a visit to our site by the players involved. A number of facilities have been identified for this purpose, and numerous hiking trails (all levels) are available at the foot of the campsite.

Among the many walks on offer, you can discover the highest point of Sauvagnac, the magnificent panorama at the foot of the legendary “Pierre Branlante”, the ideal place to understand and appreciate the beauty of our territory.

The perfect playground for hikers!

A Rando Haute-Vienne map has also been created, featuring almost 4,000km of signposted hiking trails offering long, beautiful walks in the Limousin mountains. Guides and tourist information are available at reception or on the Loopi app.

Our campsite is located on the 177 km GRP in the Monts d’Ambazac. We offer overnight pitches close to covered and uncovered picnic tables, as well as various types of accommodation (tent lodges, mobile homes and nature Kotas).

Walks departing from the campsite:

At the campsite entrance Direct access to hiking trails, including the Bourdelas and Jonas loops (5 km and 8 km) and the Jonas pond sports trail (3 km), ideal for the whole family to take in the sights of the surrounding flora and fauna.
